Pork Shares

$144 for four-month share

$215 for six-month share

  • This is the best way to ensure your pork supply for the coming months. CSA members get first dibs and may get most of our pork this year.

  • Members receive approximately 24/36 pounds of pork over the course of a four or six-month share. On average, expect about 6 lbs of meat per month. 

  • Every member receives a variety of pork cuts over the course of their share, including premium and standard cuts. Consider it a tour de pig, without any odd cuts.

  • Shares typically include the following, over the course of a four or six-month share: shoulder roast, pork chops, ham steaks, bacon, a variety of loose and linked sausages, brats, fresh ground pork, and ribs. Yum!

Egg Shares

$16/$24 for one dozen per mth, $32/$48 for two dozen per mth, etc.

  • LIMITED SUMMER SHARES

  • Want to be sure you'll have good eggs all year? Then this is the program for you.

  • Members tell us how many dozen they want per month, and we bring them to pick up...it's as simple as that! 

  • Eggs are $4/dozen. CSA members always come first; fulfilling our members' shares often means we don't have any eggs left over for retail sales at the farmer's market.  We've doubled our laying hen flock so that we can try meet customers demand at the farmer's market - but CSA members can plan on their egg supply.

Beef Shares

SMALL - $185 for four-month

SMALL - $272 for six-month

LARGE - $544 for six-month

  • Keep beef on your menu for the coming months. CSA members get their boxes packed first before we get the freezers ready for market.

  • Every member receives a variety of beef cuts over the course of their share, including premium and standard cuts. We help answer the old question: “Where’s the beef?”

  • Shares typically include the following, over the course of a four or six-month share: beef roasts, premium steaks (rib eye, tbone, etc) ground beef (occasionally), short ribs, leaner cuts like round and sirloin steak and brisket.

  • SMALL: Members receive approximately 20/30 pounds of beef over the course of a six-month share. On average, expect about 5 lbs of meat per month. 

  • LARGE: Members receive approximately 40/60 pounds of beef over the course of a six-month share. On average, expect about 10 lbs of meat per month. 

Farm Combo Shares

$405 for four-month share

$600 for six-month share

  • This share could be called “the farm tour”. CSA members get a combination of our beef, pork, eggs and chicken.

  • Members receive approximately 60/90 pounds of beef, chicken & pork plus 4/6 dozen eggs over the course of a four or six-month share. On average, expect about 15 lbs of meat per month. 

  • Every member receives a variety of pork, beef and chicken cuts over the course of their share, including premium and standard cuts.

Solo Shares

$155 for four-month share

$233 for six-month share

  • This share is a smaller share for those that may live alone or only have a small freezer. CSA members get a combination of our beef, pork and chicken.

  • Members receive approximately 20/30 pounds of beef, chicken & pork over the course of a four or six-month share. On average, expect about 5 lbs of meat per month. 

  • Every member receives a variety of pork, beef and chicken cuts over the course of their share, including premium and standard cuts.

  • The cost averages out to $7.75 per pound which is about 5% off retail prices.

Lamb Share

$157 for three-month share

  • LIMITED SHARES

  • Our lambs are raised on hay, oats and minerals.

  • CSA shares total approximately 15 pounds (a little less than half of a lamb).  Each month, members receive about 5 pounds of lamb. 

  • Lamb shares last three months (typically Nov-Jan) - check with us for availability of summer shares.

  • Cuts include a tour de lamb. Expect the following over the course of the three-month share: lamb chops, leg steaks, shanks, ribs and ground lamb.

  • Members pay $157 total (about 5% off retail prices).

Chicken Shares

$62 for four-month share

$93 for six-month share

  • Our prices are based on 4.5lb whole or 8pc chickens.

  • CSA members pay $3.44 per pound for chicken (that's about 5% off our retail price).  

  • The actual chicken in your share may weigh slightly more or less each month, but we'll make sure you get the amount of meat you paid for by the end of your share.
