At Back Home Farms in Park Rapids, Minnesota, we’re proud to raise high-quality meats the old-fashioned way, right here on our family farm, where passion, hard work, and a love for good food come together.
We raise Black Angus and Hereford cattle, Berkshire pigs, Cornish Cross chickens, and lamb with care and intention—just like folks used to. Our animals are born and raised on our farm, then processed in small batches throughout the year so you can stock your freezer with farm-fresh meat you can trust.
Every cut is butchered at a local, State Inspected facility known for their craftsmanship. From our farm to your table, we’re honored to be your source for honest, homegrown meat.

​​Come on out to the farm! Our on-site store is open Fridays from 3–6 PM during market season and Saturdays from 9 AM–Noon in the off-season. Can’t make those times? Just contact us to shop by appointment—we’re happy to work with your schedule.

Get a monthly bundle of farm-raised meats, ready for your freezer and dinner table. Our Farm Club runs twice a year—June through September and November through April. It’s a great way to keep your freezer stocked and your meals farm-fresh all year long.
